Yes. The Free plan at launch includes 60 credits each month. The current testing offer is separate: a one-time $5 balance for new accounts, limited to 100 grants per UTC day across all accounts.
Credits are the usage allowance included with each plan. The credit rates for different actions will be published before launch.
Pro is $14.50 per month when billed annually: one payment of $174 for a year. Starter is available monthly only.
